These policies were created to keep Hideaway Cove as clean and peaceful as possible so that you may enjoy your stay with us worry free. |

| 1. Check-in is at 9:00a.m. and check-out is at 12:00 noon. |
| 2. Smoking is only to be done outside. |
| 3. No pets please |
| 4. Please do not bring your own firewood for the beach. Firewood will be available at a very reasonable rate. |
| 5. Please do not burn real logs in the cabins. We can provide artificial logs if you need them. |
| 6. No guests please unless you have paid for them to stay with us as well. |
| 7. Please do not go on the islands, they are privately owned and we ask that you respect the owners privacy. |
| 8. Please do not drop anchor within ten feet of the islands, again, we would like to respect their privacy. |
| 9. Lessor shall be responsible for any and all damages caused by themselves and occupants. Occupants are limited to renters only. Please no guests. |
| 10. Lessor shall keep and maintain the premises in a clean and sanitary condition at all times. Please leave it in the clean condition in which you found it. Please wash and put away any dirty dishes before you leave the cabin. All garbage is to be put in the garbage bins South of cabin #5. Do not leave garbage outside your door, there are racoons that visit. |
| 11. Beach is for the use of all renters. Please be careful on the beach, enter water for swimming or wading from the wooded deck only. Swim at your own risk, No lifeguard is available. |
| 12. Hideaway Cove is family orientated: Rowdiness, profanity, loud music, drunkeness or drugs is not a part of this enviroment. Please respect our renters. |
| 13. Parking is limited to two vehicles please. |
